Capacity (Flow rate) of pump

The capacity (flow rate) is the volume of fluid or mass that passes a certain area per time unit. This is usually a known value dependent on the actual process. For fluids the most common units of capacity are liters per hour (l/h), cubic meters per hour (m³/h).
For mass the most common units of capacity are kilogram per hour (kg/h).
